Are you a Communications & Administration Star?!

Our staff member, Jessica McDonald, will be leaving us on 25 July to pursue the next step in her coffee career. We are advertising for her replacement.

We are looking for somebody with a passion for coffee to undertake a variety of administrative and communication tasks. The successful candidate will help in planning and organizing events and activities as well as day to day operational duties.

This role is varied and exciting, so requires a person who is organised, detail-orientated and comfortable working autonomously. And did we mention Loooove coffee??!!

Responsibilities:
Manage communications through e-newsletter, website and social media
Support planning and coordination of events and activities
Invoice maintenance
Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agendas & minutes
Maintenance of core member and guild database
Keep updated records and create reports or proposals

Requirements:
Proven experience as a coordinator similar role
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Detail-orientated and efficient
Friendly and personable
Some domestic travel required
Passion for Coffee is a must!!

This is a part time role – 16 hours per week though may require additional hours during competition season of which you will be renumerated accordingly.
