Barista Roadshow

Our thanks to Carl Sara - four time NZ barista Champion for leading the Barista Roadshow in the four main centres.

Carl demystified what it takes to develop a Barista Champ performance, including mastering a Signature Beverage which he explained as the most incredible tool for getting to understand the coffee you use.

The Signature Beverage should develop from the component single origin, flavours, textures and taste qualities within the blend.

Great input to the Roadshow also came formt he WBC judges who attended
